Consequences of Withdrawing Consent: Because Prime Global Bank operates as a next-generation private digital institution, electronic communication is fundamental to our core operating model. If you withdraw your consent, we reserve the right to restrict online banking access, convert your accounts to paper-statement status (subject to applicable paper statement fees outlined in our Fee Schedule), or close your accounts pursuant to the Deposit Account Agreement.

5 Requesting Paper Copies

Even after consenting to electronic delivery, you may request a physical paper copy of any legal Communication or historical account statement without withdrawing your electronic consent. Paper statements may be requested through your dedicated wealth advisor or via in-app support. Applicable archival document search and printing fees may apply in accordance with the current Fee Schedule.
